TiE's Young Entrepreneus Program hosted the conlcuding programme to foster young entrepreneurs of class 9th -12th. The amazing group completed its journey in the most ecstatic way possible.
The program aimed at providing a real life experience to the students about coming up with an idea, it’s development and pitching. Through the course of some amazing sessions done by the esteemed speakers , the students learnt immensely. The final session aimed at the announcement of winners for the pitches and ideas presented. The pitches given by the students were subjected to a huge amount of constructive feedback by the Mentors and the parents in the previous sessions. The students who took part in the programme enthusiastically were applauded for their amazing efforts through participation certificates and all the Mentors wished the students Best Wishes for their ideas and coming startups.
TiE president, Mr. Munish Jauhar aforementioned that in a Presentation of an idea, nobody wins or loses. An idea which might win today, can require a lot of changes when actually implemented and the ideas which might not win today, can succeed with proper amendments. Persistence is the key to success. With this , the winners of TiE – Chandigarh 2019 were announced with utmost zeal and enthusiasm.

The parents had some great thoughts to share about the programme . The foremost thought echoed by them was from Kaira's Parents, "We had a wonderful experience". The sessions were informative, interative and fun. The programme increased the children – parent interaction and taught the students about the simplest and hardest loopholes to be rectified to gain success.
Shreya's parents informed "My daughter gained a great amount of confidence and TiE Chandigarh provided a platform for public speaking". Through the course of this programme , alongside the students, the parents have also learnt a lot. From the words of Abhishek Nagpal's parents :TiE Chandigarh is a platform where their son has always aspired to go and now that he’s attended it, a genuine improvement in the confidence can be seen.
The students and parents were taken on a ride of the past few months at TiE Chandigarh through a small video comprising of the biggest milestones of the programme. The students and parents assembled and the session ended with an amazing group photo and Thanksgiving to all the jury members, secretaries and TiE members. The TiE sessions indeed taught us a great lesson, “Team work makes the Dream Work”.
