ABOUT THE FOUNDER:

Fulcrum Academy is started by Ms.Punam Maggon, M.sc Chemistry, having a rich experience of 20 years in the teaching profession.

After reaching in renowned schools of Chandigarh she has started her own venture to educate and mentor the development of students. Helping the students understand a concept through slides and presentations is a skill which Ms.Punam has mastered over the years.

As she says, “At Fulcrum,we simplify the learning process by giving in-depth detailing of every concept. We believe in holistic mapping of students from education to handling their emotions well. I understand the importance of encouragement by parents and hence at Fulcrum ,we also provide Counselling  for Parents and Students".

She candidly explains,"Teaching is a responsibility to educate the coming generation and I always try to do my best as much as I can".  It was heartwarming to see the passion for teaching and how she dedicates her enthusiasm to the students.

VISION OF THE ACADEMY: 

As Ms Maggon explains, the fundamental vision of the academy is to create an environment where the students can learn at their own pace with proper encouragement and support by the teachers and parents, ensuring that the best is brought out of each student.
